The membership fee details are:

* Registration Fee : RM20
* Yearly Membership : RM30

That means, you pay RM50 for the first joining years.

STEP 2

Fill up the form, prepare all the necessary documents which is:
* Photocopy of IC (Both Sides)
* Photocopy of Driving License
* Insurance Cover Note (Can be submitted later)
